Presented myself at the ER on a cold January Morning. Will not soon forget the experience I had there.
extremely condensending and rude dr. Treated my mother like she was a moron. Do not waste you time. the nurses are incompetent as well. I will never recommend any person to this facility. I work for a hospital and I am appalled by the treatment and care that my mother received here.
This hospital is deceiving bt the outside..the staff is very unprofessional to say the lease..We had a bad experience a few months back..decided last night to.give it another try...We got there around 10:30..after we got into the room..The Dr came in within 20 min with a rn..ordered blood work..After another 2 hours not.once did a nurse check on my girlfriend. .with 177/100,,you would think they would at least hooked her up to the BP monitor on the wall..no once in 2 hrs did a nurse check on us or offer a blanket or did anymore readings....had to cover her with the coat that.she.came with..only for the Dr to.show.up.and tell.us to follow up with your family Dr...Don't waste your time folks..Lee county hospital next time
Sent me home with blood sugar over 500 and 2 days later I ended up in wake med for 3 weeks. My friend took her 2 year old for 103 fever abc vomiting they said oh just a bug told nor to keep up with tylenol and motrin she went to her doctor and baby has pneumonia and hand and foot along with throat problems. Do not go to this place make the extra trip to wake med they should close the door's on this place.
Well not even worth one star. My nephew was taken there by ambulance last night he is a diabetic at 26 years old we get there he is in the hall not a big problem. But he has a iv that's not even running Dr ask why is it not running. Mmmm ask your nurse. They treated him like dirt. If he was not in need of help we would not been there. If this is the way you feel you should treat people my opinion you might need to find another JOB. But I will see this is taken to a higher level. He had to be admitted I'm scared to think how he was treated after we left this morning at 1 am.. he was not able to set up so he would not know no different. ..so if you need medical treatment think before coming here. This will be our last time that's a fact...
