I love this place it feels like family and they truly care about the community
I wanted to start at Crossfit 007 and was very disappointed that I never received a call back about setting a time for the individual express foundations session. I called both locations multiple times and the location in Garner. I also filled out their contact form on the website with no response. A week later I posted on their Facebook wall, informing them of this and they promptly (within 5 minutes) deleted my post without contacting me or trying to help me get started and offering an explanation as to why I wasn't called back or contacted- and that told me all that I needed to know about this "box".
