Forty so years later, Lane & Associates listened to my fears and they took their time to make sure I was relaxed before preceding. They've done 2 root canals and 3 crowns on me and the experience was delightful. I would recommend them to family, friends or anyone who needed dental work. The staff is polite and friendly. They put my mind at peace, so I now go to the dentist with a smile instead of a worried look.
My son has been seeing Lisa the hygienist since he was two-years-old he absolutely loves her. I would recommend her to anyone I love the fact that she takes her time she talks with him makes him laugh and never makes it feel like she's in a rush. The office always seems to be neat clean and organized the front desk staff is always very friendly and makes us feel right at home. Dr. Sherrill always comes in and talks with him and makes him feel comfortable. To be honest everyone in that office is absolutely amazing we love coming here and love everyone on staff I don't have one bad word to say I would highly recommend everyone going and seeing them.
I was taking my boyfriend to Lillington for business and had time to spare after I dropped him off. I needed to a doctor check up and dental cleaning. I found no doctors that could fit me in, so I started looking at dentist offices. I saw the great reviews for this office and called to see if they could squeeze me in. They said "If you can get here in 20 minutes, we can". I was only 5 miles away, so I said "Yes! I can!" I gave my insurance information over the phone and filled out new patient paperwork when I arrived. I received a warm welcome in their office that was so inviting. I waited about 10 minutes for them to input my information then received a superb cleaning and a great overview of my needs for the future. Their customer service, professionalism, smiling faces and down to earth personalities won me over. Visit them and they'll win you over too!
Ive had bad experiences when I was a child. I had a root canal done at about 8 yrs old and Ivery never forgotten it. Scared and not talking to me, the dentist came at with 3 inch needl (what i thought at the time). I bit his finger pretty good and he threathen me that if I bite him again, he would bite me. I've never forgotten that. So getting needles in the mouth, I'm go back to what he said and how he stuck the needle on the roof of my mouth.
Went in today for a teeth cleaning the staff was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job the building is bright open and clean as well. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect has it been many years since I had seen a dentist. Shelly the technician I was working with was fantastic. And overall ended up being an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
